Paste your list, pick from your phone contacts, or send us your spreadsheet and we set it up for you. Add each child's class and any sibling discount.

Send this month's fees

One tap creates every invoice, each with its own payment reference, and sends it on WhatsApp from your number. Parents pay by EFT with their own reference, the way they already do. No app for them to install.

Upload your bank statement from your banking app. CIERA matches every payment, even when the reference just says the child's name, and only reminds the families who really haven't paid.

Questions

Before you sign up

Do parents need to download anything?

No. They get a normal WhatsApp message from you with the amount, a reference and a payment link. They pay the way they always do.

Does CIERA hold my money?

No. EFT and PayShap payments go straight into your own bank account. Online payments go through Paystack, which pays them out to your own bank account. CIERA never keeps your money.

Which banks does it work with?

You upload your statement from your banking app (PDF, CSV or OFX). We're starting with FNB, Standard Bank, Absa, Nedbank, Capitec and Investec.

What about the parents who send screenshots?

Add the screenshot and the amount on it. CIERA pauses reminders for that family, and only marks them paid once the money shows in your bank. It flags a wrong amount, a screenshot already used for another invoice, and money that has not arrived after 3 business days.

What do you store about the children?

Only what billing needs: a first name and class, so you know which fee is for whom. The parent is always the account holder. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Can my bookkeeper or accountant use it?

Yes. At month end you can send them a tidy pack of every payment, matched to the bank, with proof attached.
