Can each customer pay a different amount?
Yes. Each customer has their own monthly amount. One tap bills everyone for the month, each at their own amount.
Can I add a once-off invoice for a monthly customer?
Yes. Monthly bills and one-off invoices work side by side, for the same customer or for customers you only bill now and then.
What if a customer pays for two months at once?
leke recognises a payment that covers more than one open invoice for the same customer, and pays off the oldest first.
Is this the same as a debit order?
No. Your customers pay you by EFT or PayShap with their reference. There's no mandate to sign, and leke checks your statement to see who has paid.
Do my customers need an app?
No. They get a WhatsApp message with a link to their invoice, which opens in any browser on their phone.
