Know which jobs are paid
Every job has its invoice, and every customer has their own reference. Upload your statement and leke matches each payment by the reference, the name and the amount, so you can see which jobs are settled without scrolling through your bank app.

Questions about quotes and invoices
Can my customer accept a quote on their phone?
Yes. The quote opens from the WhatsApp link. They can see the details, accept it, or ask you a question about it.
How does the deposit work?
Set a deposit on the quote, as an amount or a percentage. When your customer accepts, leke makes the deposit invoice straight away and puts it in your list to send. The message tells them it's the deposit for the quote they accepted, with their reference and the link to pay.
Can I bill a customer per job and monthly?
Yes. One-off invoices and monthly bills work side by side, so a maintenance contract and a once-off call-out can go to the same customer.
How do my customers pay?
By EFT or PayShap, straight into your own bank account, using the reference on the invoice. Card payments are not available in leke yet.
Do I need to be VAT registered?
No. If you're not registered for VAT, your invoices simply show no VAT.
